I have purchased 5 vehicles from Car Zone Sales over the past 3 years and I couldn't be happier. My credit was the worst in the world...lost my job, foreclosure on the house and my 1998 Mini Van just died. I was without a car and no money to speak of. If it wasn't for Car Zone Sales and their trust in me, I would be walking today instead of driving around in a 2013 Toyota Prius that was financed through my bank! This couldn't have been done without the help from Car Zone Sales. With their help, I was able to rebuild my credit and was able to get conventional financing! Thank you Car Zone Sales of Otsego!

This place was phenomenal. I went to the shop in Otsego and they were able to get us approved for the suv of our dreams! Not to mention Smitty was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with!

I had a great experience here with Phyllicia. I walked in worried I wouldn't get qualified for a vehicle. Under 2 hours later I walked out driving a 2009 Pontiac G6.

Stopped in to check out a couple of cars and was given a very pleasant greeting and after talking to the saleswoman about what I was able to put down and how much I could afford in payments, they suggested a vehicle to test drive and it was a great fit, low price and payment and even went as far as replacing worn tires and brakes to avoid any safety issues. Would recommend this car lot to anyone with bad credit looking to rebuild it.

We got a van and we love it. Our credit isn't that great and they were able to help us get the vehicle we need. The staff is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Our salesman was Larry. He was extremely helpful.

Having been in car sales in my past, I am always prepared for BS when shopping for a car. I got none at Car zone and was impressed by the high quality of most vehicles on the lot. Got more than I expected on my trade-in (an older Chevy Equinox) and they were extremely accommodating with me test driving over 6 vehicles before I settled on my 2016 Traverse. Great job with a special shout out to Eddie for getting me a loan with lower interest than I probably deserve. ha!
